Meet The Nurse Practitioners

Danielle Sparacino, FNP - BC

Danielle Sparacino is a Nurse Practitioner at Partners in Obstetrics and Women’s Health. She attended The University of Iowa where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. While working as a Labor and Delivery nurse, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago. Danielle is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Illinois. She has been working in this practice since 2015. She is involved in the care of Dr. Pierre’s patients and you will see her in both the office and hospital setting.

Gretchen Mulheran

Gretchen Mulheran is a Nurse Practitioner at Partners in Obstetrics and Women’s Health. She received her undergraduate education at Valparaiso University (Go Beacons!), where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Gretchen went on to earn her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Governors State University while she worked as a Registered Nurse on Silver Cross Hospital's Labor and Delivery Unit. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed to practice in the State of Illinois. Gretchen began working at the Practice with Dr. Gress in 2017 and lives nearby in Frankfort with her husband and two children. She is involved in the care of Dr. Gress’s patients and you will see her in both the office and hospital setting.

Julia Bania, WHNP, DNP

Julia completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Loyola University Chicago and later graduated from University of Cincinnati with her Masters of Science in Nursing. Julia is a Board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and is also certified in electric fetal monitoring through the National Certification Corporation. She has worked as a labor and delivery nurse for nine years. Julia recently completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice through Frontier Nursing University.

Julia strives to have open communication in a comfortable environment while individualizing treatment plans. She is involved in the care of Dr. Pierre's patients and you will see her in both the office and hospital setting.

Julie R. Paul, APN

Julie Paul graduated from Saint Xavier University in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Julie went on to earn her Master's in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University in 2014 and is an ANCC board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to becoming a FNP, Julie spent 15 years working as a Labor & Delivery nurse. She is also NCC EFM certified. Julie believes in collaborating care with her patients to achieve optimal outcomes while addressing all of their needs in a manner that is comfortable and obtainable for them. She is involved in the care of Dr. Gress’s patients and you will see her in both the office and hospital setting.
